Class Description
What wine goes with Turkey? What about honey-cured ham - can any wine handle it? Holidays are a time for feasting. Yet many holiday foods just aren't terribly easy to pair with wine. Sample six wines that will make you say, "Ho ho ho-oray!"

- Pinot Noir (New Zealand)
- Vinho Verde (Portugal)
- Vouvray (France)
- Monastrell (Spain)
- Petite Sirah (California)
