Olé! Easy Tapas & Spanish wine

Class Description

Here’s a tasty little secret: There are dozens of Spanish-style ‘tapas’ dishes that are easy and quick to make. Of course Spanish wine is the ideal match for tapas. As an added bonus, many Spanish wines are ‘pre-aged’ and ready to be enjoyed. Learn how to make quick tapas dishes and taste some of the most unique and food friendly wines you’ve ever sipped. Flamenco costumes optional. Cost: $40.
