Wine ABCs
Learn the basics of six wines: three white and three red. You’ll see these wines everywhere - on restaurant wine lists, in the wine store, at a friend’s party. If you know a little something about these six, you’ll feel oh-so-much more comfortable the next time a waiter hands you the wine list. The world in a glass
It’s easy to love wine, but a little more difficult to love geography. Just add wine to your geography lesson and things get interesting. Once you’ve learned what to expect from wines produced around the world, selecting and pairing wine is a breeze. We will sketch (and taste) a flavor map of the wine world.
